ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ طُوبَىٰ لَهُمْ وَحُسْنُ مَــَٔابٍ 29
كَذَٲلِكَ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ فِىٓ أُمَّةٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهَآ أُمَمٌ لِّتَتْلُوَاْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ يَكْفُرُونَ بِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِۚ قُلْ هُوَ رَبِّى لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ مَتَابِ 30
وَلَوْ أَنَّ قُرْءَانًا سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ ٱلْجِبَالُ أَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضُ أَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰۗ بَل لِّلَّهِ ٱلْأَمْرُ جَمِيعًاۗ أَفَلَمْ يَاْيْــَٔسِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَن لَّوْ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَى ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعًاۗ وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ تُصِيبُهُم بِمَا صَنَعُواْ قَارِعَةٌ أَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبًا مِّن دَارِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِىَ وَعْدُ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ ٱلْمِيعَادَ 31
وَلَقَدِ ٱسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْۖ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ 32
أَفَمَنْ هُوَ قَآئِمٌ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ نَفْسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتْۗ وَجَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ شُرَكَآءَ قُلْ سَمُّوهُمْۚ أَمْ تُنَبِّــُٔونَهُۥ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَم بِظَـٰهِرٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَوْلِۗ بَلْ زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مَكْرُهُمْ وَصُدُّواْ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِۗ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنْ هَادٍ 33
لَّهُمْ عَذَابٌ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٲةِ ٱلدُّنْيَاۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْأَخِرَةِ أَشَقُّۖ وَمَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَاقٍ 34
ٱلَّذِينَalladhīnaThose whoءَامَنُوا۟āmanūbelievedوَعَمِلُوا۟waʿamilūand didٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِl-ṣāliḥātirighteous deedsطُوبَىٰṭūbāblessednessلَهُمْlahum(is) for themوَحُسْنُwaḥus'nuand a beautifulمَـَٔابٍۢmaābinplace of return
13:29
كَذَٰلِكَkadhālikaThusأَرْسَلْنَـٰكَarsalnākaWe have sent youفِىٓfītoأُمَّةٍۢummatina nationقَدْqadverilyخَلَتْkhalathave passed awayمِنminfromقَبْلِهَآqablihābefore itأُمَمٌۭumamunnationsلِّتَتْلُوَا۟litatluwāso that you might reciteعَلَيْهِمُʿalayhimuto themٱلَّذِىٓalladhīwhatأَوْحَيْنَآawḥaynāWe revealedإِلَيْكَilaykato youوَهُمْwahumwhile theyيَكْفُرُونَyakfurūnadisbelieveبِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ۚbil-raḥmāniin the Most GraciousقُلْqulSayهُوَhuwaHeرَبِّىrabbī(is) my Lordلَآlā(there is) noإِلَـٰهَilāhagodإِلَّاillāexceptهُوَhuwaHimعَلَيْهِʿalayhiUpon HimتَوَكَّلْتُtawakkaltuI put my trustوَإِلَيْهِwa-ilayhiand to Himمَتَابِmatābi(is) my return
13:30
وَلَوْwalawAnd ifأَنَّannathat wasقُرْءَانًۭاqur'ānanany Quranسُيِّرَتْsuyyiratcould be movedبِهِbihiby itٱلْجِبَالُl-jibāluthe mountainsأَوْaworقُطِّعَتْquṭṭiʿatcould be cloven asunderبِهِbihiby itٱلْأَرْضُl-arḍuthe earthأَوْaworكُلِّمَkullimacould be made to speakبِهِbihiby itٱلْمَوْتَىٰ ۗl-mawtāthe deadبَلbalNayلِّلَّهِlillahiwith Allahٱلْأَمْرُl-amru(is) the commandجَمِيعًا ۗjamīʿanallأَفَلَمْafalamThen do notيَا۟يْـَٔسِyāy'asiknowٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoءَامَنُوٓا۟āmanūbelieveأَنanthatلَّوْlawifيَشَآءُyashāuhad willedٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahلَهَدَىlahadāsurely, He would have guidedٱلنَّاسَl-nāsaallجَمِيعًۭا ۗjamīʿanall of the mankindوَلَاwalāAnd notيَزَالُyazāluwill ceaseٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoكَفَرُوا۟kafarūdisbelieveتُصِيبُهُمtuṣībuhumto strike themبِمَاbimāfor whatصَنَعُوا۟ṣanaʿūthey didقَارِعَةٌqāriʿatuna disasterأَوْaworتَحُلُّtaḥulluit settlesقَرِيبًۭاqarībancloseمِّنminfromدَارِهِمْdārihimtheir homesحَتَّىٰḥattāuntilيَأْتِىَyatiyacomesوَعْدُwaʿdu(the) promiseٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahi(of) AllahإِنَّinnaIndeedٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahلَاlā(will) notيُخْلِفُyukh'lifufailٱلْمِيعَادَl-mīʿāda(in) the Promise
13:31
وَلَقَدِwalaqadiAnd certainlyٱسْتُهْزِئَus'tuh'zi-awere mockedبِرُسُلٍۢbirusulinMessengersمِّنminfromقَبْلِكَqablikabefore youفَأَمْلَيْتُfa-amlaytubut I granted respiteلِلَّذِينَlilladhīnato those whoكَفَرُوا۟kafarūdisbelievedثُمَّthummathenأَخَذْتُهُمْ ۖakhadhtuhumI seized themفَكَيْفَfakayfaand howكَانَkānawasعِقَابِʿiqābiMy penalty
13:32
أَفَمَنْafamanIs then He Whoهُوَhuwa(He)قَآئِمٌqāimun(is) a Maintainerعَلَىٰʿalāofكُلِّkullieveryنَفْسٍۭnafsinsoulبِمَاbimāfor whatكَسَبَتْ ۗkasabatit has earnedوَجَعَلُوا۟wajaʿalūYet they ascribeلِلَّهِlillahito AllahشُرَكَآءَshurakāapartnersقُلْqulSayسَمُّوهُمْ ۚsammūhumName themأَمْamOrتُنَبِّـُٔونَهُۥtunabbiūnahu(do) you inform Himبِمَاbimāof whatلَاlānotيَعْلَمُyaʿlamuHe knowsفِىfīinٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍithe earthأَمamorبِظَـٰهِرٍۢbiẓāhirinof the apparentمِّنَminaofٱلْقَوْلِ ۗl-qawlithe wordsبَلْbalNayزُيِّنَzuyyina(is) made fair-seemingلِلَّذِينَlilladhīnato those whoكَفَرُوا۟kafarūdisbelieveمَكْرُهُمْmakruhumtheir plottingوَصُدُّوا۟waṣuddūand they are hinderedعَنِʿanifromٱلسَّبِيلِ ۗl-sabīlithe PathوَمَنwamanAnd whoeverيُضْلِلِyuḍ'lili(by) Allahٱللَّهُl-lahuAllah lets go astrayفَمَاfamāthen notلَهُۥlahufor himمِنْminanyهَادٍۢhādinguide
13:33
لَّهُمْlahumFor themعَذَابٌۭʿadhābun(is) a punishmentفِىfīinٱلْحَيَوٰةِl-ḥayatithe lifeٱلدُّنْيَا ۖl-dun'yā(of) the worldوَلَعَذَابُwalaʿadhābuand surely the punishmentٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِl-ākhirati(of) the Hereafterأَشَقُّ ۖashaqqu(is) harderوَمَاwamāAnd notلَهُمlahumfor themمِّنَminaagainstٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahمِنminanyوَاقٍۢwāqindefender
13:34
