وَلَا تَنفَعُ ٱلشَّفَـٰعَةُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا لِمَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُۚۥ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فُزِّعَ عَن قُلُوبِهِمْ قَالُواْ مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمْۖ قَالُواْ ٱلْحَقَّۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْكَبِيرُ 23
۞ قُلْ مَن يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ وَإِنَّآ أَوْ إِيَّاكُمْ لَعَلَىٰ هُدًى أَوْ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ 24
قُل لَّا تُسْــَٔلُونَ عَمَّآ أَجْرَمْنَا وَلَا نُسْــَٔلُ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ 25
قُلْ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا رَبُّنَا ثُمَّ يَفْتَحُ بَيْنَنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَهُوَ ٱلْفَتَّاحُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ 26
قُلْ أَرُونِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَلْحَقْتُم بِهِۦ شُرَكَآءَۖ كَلَّاۚ بَلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ 27
وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ إِلَّا كَآفَّةً لِّلنَّاسِ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 28
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَـٰذَا ٱلْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ 29
قُل لَّكُم مِّيعَادُ يَوْمٍ لَّا تَسْتَــْٔخِرُونَ عَنْهُ سَاعَةً وَلَا تَسْتَقْدِمُونَ 30
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ وَلَا بِٱلَّذِى بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِۗ وَلَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ مَوْقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ ٱلْقَوْلَ يَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَكْبَرُواْ لَوْلَآ أَنتُمْ لَكُنَّا مُؤْمِنِينَ 31
وَلَاwalāAnd notتَنفَعُtanfaʿubenefitsٱلشَّفَـٰعَةُl-shafāʿatuthe intercessionعِندَهُۥٓʿindahuwith Himإِلَّاillāexceptلِمَنْlimanfor (one) whomأَذِنَadhinaHe permitsلَهُۥ ۚlahufor himحَتَّىٰٓḥattāUntilإِذَاidhāwhenفُزِّعَfuzziʿafear is removedعَنʿanonقُلُوبِهِمْqulūbihimtheir heartsقَالُوا۟qālūthey will sayمَاذَاmādhāWhat is that قَالَqālayour Lord has saidرَبُّكُمْ ۖrabbukumyour Lord has saidقَالُوا۟qālūThey will sayٱلْحَقَّ ۖl-ḥaqaThe truthوَهُوَwahuwaAnd Heٱلْعَلِىُّl-ʿaliyu(is) the Most Highٱلْكَبِيرُl-kabīruthe Most Great
34:23
۞ قُلْqulSayمَنmanWhoيَرْزُقُكُمyarzuqukumprovides (for) youمِّنَminafromٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwātithe heavensوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖwal-arḍiand the earthقُلِquliSayٱللَّهُ ۖl-lahuAllahوَإِنَّآwa-innāAnd indeed, weأَوْaworإِيَّاكُمْiyyākumyouلَعَلَىٰlaʿalā(are) surely uponهُدًىhudanguidanceأَوْaworفِىfīinضَلَـٰلٍۢḍalālinerrorمُّبِينٍۢmubīninclear
34:24
قُلqulSayلَّاlāNotتُسْـَٔلُونَtus'alūnayou will be askedعَمَّآʿammāabout whatأَجْرَمْنَاajramnāsins we committedوَلَاwalāand notنُسْـَٔلُnus'aluwe will be askedعَمَّاʿammāabout whatتَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūnayou do
34:25
قُلْqulSayيَجْمَعُyajmaʿuWill gatherبَيْنَنَاbaynanāus togetherرَبُّنَاrabbunāour LordثُمَّthummathenيَفْتَحُyaftaḥuHe will judgeبَيْنَنَاbaynanābetween usبِٱلْحَقِّbil-ḥaqiin truthوَهُوَwahuwaAnd Heٱلْفَتَّاحُl-fatāḥu(is) the Judgeٱلْعَلِيمُl-ʿalīmuthe All-Knowing
34:26
قُلْqulSayأَرُونِىَarūniyaShow meٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whomأَلْحَقْتُمalḥaqtumyou have joinedبِهِۦbihiwith Himشُرَكَآءَ ۖshurakāa(as) partnersكَلَّا ۚkallāBy no meansبَلْbalNayهُوَhuwaHeٱللَّهُl-lahu(is) Allahٱلْعَزِيزُl-ʿazīzuthe All-Mightyٱلْحَكِيمُl-ḥakīmuthe All-Wise
34:27
وَمَآwamāAnd notأَرْسَلْنَـٰكَarsalnākaWe have sent youإِلَّاillāexceptكَآفَّةًۭkāffatancomprehensivelyلِّلنَّاسِlilnnāsito mankindبَشِيرًۭاbashīran(as) a giver of glad tidingsوَنَذِيرًۭاwanadhīranand (as) a warnerوَلَـٰكِنَّwalākinnaButأَكْثَرَaktharamostٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi[the] peopleلَاlā(do) notيَعْلَمُونَyaʿlamūnaknow
34:28
وَيَقُولُونَwayaqūlūnaAnd they sayمَتَىٰmatāWhenهَـٰذَاhādhā(is) thisٱلْوَعْدُl-waʿdupromiseإِنinifكُنتُمْkuntumyou areصَـٰدِقِينَṣādiqīnatruthful
34:29
قُلqulSayلَّكُمlakumFor youمِّيعَادُmīʿādu(is the) appointmentيَوْمٍۢyawmin(of) a Dayلَّاlānotتَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَtastakhirūnayou can postponeعَنْهُʿanhu[of] itسَاعَةًۭsāʿatan(for) an hourوَلَاwalāand notتَسْتَقْدِمُونَtastaqdimūna(can) you precede (it)
34:30
وَقَالَwaqālaAnd sayٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoكَفَرُوا۟kafarūdisbelieveلَنlanNever willنُّؤْمِنَnu'minawe believeبِهَـٰذَاbihādhāin thisٱلْقُرْءَانِl-qur'āniQuranوَلَاwalāand notبِٱلَّذِىbi-alladhīin (that) whichبَيْنَbayna(was) before itيَدَيْهِ ۗyadayhi(was) before itوَلَوْwalawBut ifتَرَىٰٓtarāyou (could) seeإِذِidhiwhenٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَl-ẓālimūnathe wrongdoersمَوْقُوفُونَmawqūfūnawill be made to standعِندَʿindabeforeرَبِّهِمْrabbihimtheir Lordيَرْجِعُyarjiʿuwill throw backبَعْضُهُمْbaʿḍuhumsome of themإِلَىٰilātoبَعْضٍbaʿḍinothersٱلْقَوْلَl-qawlathe wordيَقُولُyaqūluWill sayٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟us'tuḍ'ʿifūwere oppressedلِلَّذِينَlilladhīnato those whoٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟is'takbarūwere arrogantلَوْلَآlawlāIf notأَنتُمْantum(for) youلَكُنَّاlakunnācertainly we (would) have beenمُؤْمِنِينَmu'minīnabelievers
34:31
