وَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ ٱلصَّلَوٲةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُم مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُوٓاْ أَسْلِحَتَهُمْ فَإِذَا سَجَدُواْ فَلْيَكُونُواْ مِن وَرَآئِكُمْ وَلْتَأْتِ طَآئِفَةٌ أُخْرَىٰ لَمْ يُصَلُّواْ فَلْيُصَلُّواْ مَعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ حِذْرَهُمْ وَأَسْلِحَتَهُمْۗ وَدَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ تَغْفُلُونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِكُمْ وَأَمْتِعَتِكُمْ فَيَمِيلُونَ عَلَيْكُم مَّيْلَةً وَٲحِدَةًۚ وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِن كَانَ بِكُمْ أَذًى مِّن مَّطَرٍ أَوْ كُنتُم مَّرْضَىٰٓ أَن تَضَعُوٓاْ أَسْلِحَتَكُمْۖ وَخُذُواْ حِذْرَكُمْۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا 102
فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ ٱلصَّلَوٲةَ فَٱذْكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ قِيَـٰمًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِكُمْۚ فَإِذَا ٱطْمَأْنَنتُمْ فَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٲةَۚ إِنَّ ٱلصَّلَوٲةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَـٰبًا مَّوْقُوتًا 103
وَلَا تَهِنُواْ فِى ٱبْتِغَآءِ ٱلْقَوْمِۖ إِن تَكُونُواْ تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَۖ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا 104
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلْحَقِّ لِتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِمَآ أَرَٮٰكَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَلَا تَكُن لِّلْخَآئِنِينَ خَصِيمًا 105
وَإِذَاwa-idhāAnd whenكُنتَkuntayou areفِيهِمْfīhimamong themفَأَقَمْتَfa-aqamtaand you leadلَهُمُlahumufor themٱلصَّلَوٰةَl-ṣalatathe prayerفَلْتَقُمْfaltaqumthen let standطَآئِفَةٌۭṭāifatuna groupمِّنْهُمmin'humof themمَّعَكَmaʿakawith youوَلْيَأْخُذُوٓا۟walyakhudhūand let them takeأَسْلِحَتَهُمْasliḥatahumtheir armsفَإِذَاfa-idhāThen whenسَجَدُوا۟sajadūthey have prostratedفَلْيَكُونُوا۟falyakūnūthen let them beمِنminfromوَرَآئِكُمْwarāikumbehind youوَلْتَأْتِwaltatiand let come (forward)طَآئِفَةٌṭāifatuna group أُخْرَىٰukh'rāotherلَمْlam(which has) notيُصَلُّوا۟yuṣallūprayedفَلْيُصَلُّوا۟falyuṣallūand let them prayمَعَكَmaʿakawith youوَلْيَأْخُذُوا۟walyakhudhūand let them takeحِذْرَهُمْḥidh'rahumtheir precautionsوَأَسْلِحَتَهُمْ ۗwa-asliḥatahumand their armsوَدَّwaddaWishedٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoكَفَرُوا۟kafarūdisbelievedلَوْlawifتَغْفُلُونَtaghfulūnayou neglectعَنْʿan[about]أَسْلِحَتِكُمْasliḥatikumyour armsوَأَمْتِعَتِكُمْwa-amtiʿatikumand your baggageفَيَمِيلُونَfayamīlūnaso (that) they (can) assaultعَلَيْكُمʿalaykum[upon] youمَّيْلَةًۭmaylatan(in) an attackوَٰحِدَةًۭ ۚwāḥidatansingleوَلَاwalāBut (there is) noجُنَاحَjunāḥablameعَلَيْكُمْʿalaykumupon youإِنinifكَانَkānawasبِكُمْbikumwith youأَذًۭىadhanany troubleمِّنmin(because) ofمَّطَرٍmaṭarinrainأَوْaworكُنتُمkuntumyou areمَّرْضَىٰٓmarḍāsickأَنanthatتَضَعُوٓا۟taḍaʿūyou lay downأَسْلِحَتَكُمْ ۖasliḥatakumyour armsوَخُذُوا۟wakhudhūbut takeحِذْرَكُمْ ۗḥidh'rakumyour precautionsإِنَّinnaIndeedٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahأَعَدَّaʿaddahas preparedلِلْكَـٰفِرِينَlil'kāfirīnafor the disbelieversعَذَابًۭاʿadhābana punishmentمُّهِينًۭاmuhīnanhumiliating
4:102
فَإِذَاfa-idhāThen whenقَضَيْتُمُqaḍaytumuyou (have) finishedٱلصَّلَوٰةَl-ṣalatathe prayerفَٱذْكُرُوا۟fa-udh'kurūthen rememberٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahقِيَـٰمًۭاqiyāmanstandingوَقُعُودًۭاwaquʿūdanand sittingوَعَلَىٰwaʿalāand (lying) onجُنُوبِكُمْ ۚjunūbikumyour sidesفَإِذَاfa-idhāBut whenٱطْمَأْنَنتُمْiṭ'manantumyou are secureفَأَقِيمُوا۟fa-aqīmūthen establishٱلصَّلَوٰةَ ۚl-ṣalatathe (regular) prayerإِنَّinnaIndeedٱلصَّلَوٰةَl-ṣalatathe prayerكَانَتْkānatisعَلَىʿalāonٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَl-mu'minīnathe believersكِتَـٰبًۭاkitābanprescribedمَّوْقُوتًۭاmawqūtan(at) fixed times
4:103
وَلَاwalāAnd (do) notتَهِنُوا۟tahinūbe weakفِىfīinٱبْتِغَآءِib'tighāipursuitٱلْقَوْمِ ۖl-qawmi(of) the peopleإِنinIfتَكُونُوا۟takūnūyou areتَأْلَمُونَtalamūnasufferingفَإِنَّهُمْfa-innahumthen indeed, theyيَأْلَمُونَyalamūnaare (also) sufferingكَمَاkamālike whatتَأْلَمُونَ ۖtalamūnayou are sufferingوَتَرْجُونَwatarjūnawhile you (have) hopeمِنَminafromٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahمَاmāwhatلَاlānotيَرْجُونَ ۗyarjūnathey hopeوَكَانَwakānaAnd isٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahعَلِيمًاʿalīmanAll-KnowingحَكِيمًاḥakīmanAll-Wise
4:104
إِنَّآinnāIndeedأَنزَلْنَآanzalnāWe (have) sent downإِلَيْكَilaykato youٱلْكِتَـٰبَl-kitābathe Bookبِٱلْحَقِّbil-ḥaqiwith the truthلِتَحْكُمَlitaḥkumaso that you may judgeبَيْنَbaynabetweenٱلنَّاسِl-nāsithe peopleبِمَآbimāwith whatأَرَىٰكَarākahas shown youٱللَّهُ ۚl-lahuAllahوَلَاwalāAnd (do) notتَكُنtakunbeلِّلْخَآئِنِينَlil'khāinīnafor the deceitfulخَصِيمًۭاkhaṣīmana pleader
4:105
