وَيَـٰقَوْمِ لَآ أَسْــَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مَالاًۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَآ أَنَا۟ بِطَارِدِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُم مُّلَـٰقُواْ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَـٰكِنِّىٓ أَرَٮٰكُمْ قَوْمًا تَجْهَلُونَ 29
وَيَـٰقَوْمِ مَن يَنصُرُنِى مِنَ ٱللَّهِ إِن طَرَدتُّهُمْۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ 30
وَلَآ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ عِندِى خَزَآئِنُ ٱللَّهِ وَلَآ أَعْلَمُ ٱلْغَيْبَ وَلَآ أَقُولُ إِنِّى مَلَكٌ وَلَآ أَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ تَزْدَرِىٓ أَعْيُنُكُمْ لَن يُؤْتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ خَيْرًاۖ ٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِىٓ أَنفُسِهِمْۖ إِنِّىٓ إِذًا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 31
قَالُواْ يَـٰنُوحُ قَدْ جَـٰدَلْتَنَا فَأَكْثَرْتَ جِدَٲلَنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ 32
قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأْتِيكُم بِهِ ٱللَّهُ إِن شَآءَ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ 33
وَلَا يَنفَعُكُمْ نُصْحِىٓ إِنْ أَرَدتُّ أَنْ أَنصَحَ لَكُمْ إِن كَانَ ٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَن يُغْوِيَكُمْۚ هُوَ رَبُّكُمْ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ 34
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَٮٰهُۖ قُلْ إِنِ ٱفْتَرَيْتُهُۥ فَعَلَىَّ إِجْرَامِى وَأَنَا۟ بَرِىٓءٌ مِّمَّا تُجْرِمُونَ 35
وَأُوحِىَ إِلَىٰ نُوحٍ أَنَّهُۥ لَن يُؤْمِنَ مِن قَوْمِكَ إِلَّا مَن قَدْ ءَامَنَ فَلَا تَبْتَئِسْ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْعَلُونَ 36
وَٱصْنَعِ ٱلْفُلْكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَوَحْيِنَا وَلَا تُخَـٰطِبْنِى فِى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُم مُّغْرَقُونَ 37
وَيَـٰقَوْمِwayāqawmiAnd O my peopleلَآlānotأَسْـَٔلُكُمْasalukumI ask (of) youعَلَيْهِʿalayhifor itمَالًا ۖmālanany wealthإِنْinNotأَجْرِىَajriya(is) my rewardإِلَّاillāexceptعَلَىʿalāfromٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahiAllahوَمَآwamāAnd notأَنَا۠anāI amبِطَارِدِbiṭāridigoing to drive awayٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoءَامَنُوٓا۟ ۚāmanūbelievedإِنَّهُمinnahumIndeed, theyمُّلَـٰقُوا۟mulāqū(will) be meetingرَبِّهِمْrabbihimtheir Lordوَلَـٰكِنِّىٓwalākinnībut Iأَرَىٰكُمْarākumsee youقَوْمًۭاqawman(are) a peopleتَجْهَلُونَtajhalūnaignorant
11:29
وَيَـٰقَوْمِwayāqawmiAnd O my peopleمَنmanWhoيَنصُرُنِىyanṣurunīwould help meمِنَminaagainstٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahإِنinifطَرَدتُّهُمْ ۚṭaradttuhumI drove them awayأَفَلَاafalāThen, will notتَذَكَّرُونَtadhakkarūnayou take heed
11:30
وَلَآwalāAnd notأَقُولُaqūluI sayلَكُمْlakumto youعِندِىʿindī(that) with meخَزَآئِنُkhazāinu(are the) treasuresٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) Allahوَلَآwalāand notأَعْلَمُaʿlamuI knowٱلْغَيْبَl-ghaybathe unseenوَلَآwalāand notأَقُولُaqūluI sayإِنِّىinnīthat I amمَلَكٌۭmalakunan Angelوَلَآwalāand notأَقُولُaqūluI sayلِلَّذِينَlilladhīnafor those whomتَزْدَرِىٓtazdarīlook down uponأَعْيُنُكُمْaʿyunukumyour eyesلَنlanneverيُؤْتِيَهُمُyu'tiyahumuwill Allah give themٱللَّهُl-lahuwill Allah give themخَيْرًا ۖkhayranany goodٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahأَعْلَمُaʿlamuknows bestبِمَاbimāwhatفِىٓfī(is) inأَنفُسِهِمْ ۖanfusihimtheir soulsإِنِّىٓinnīIndeed, Iإِذًۭاidhanthenلَّمِنَlamina(will be) surely ofٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَl-ẓālimīnathe wrongdoers
11:31
قَالُوا۟qālūThey saidيَـٰنُوحُyānūḥuO NuhقَدْqadIndeedجَـٰدَلْتَنَاjādaltanāyou disputed with usفَأَكْثَرْتَfa-akthartaand you (have been) frequentجِدَٰلَنَاjidālanā(in) dispute with usفَأْتِنَاfatināSo bring usبِمَاbimāwhatتَعِدُنَآtaʿidunāyou threaten us (with)إِنinifكُنتَkuntayou areمِنَminaofٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَl-ṣādiqīnathe truthful
11:32
قَالَqālaHe saidإِنَّمَاinnamāOnlyيَأْتِيكُمyatīkumwill bring it (on) youبِهِbihiwill bring it (on) youٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahإِنinifشَآءَshāaHe willsوَمَآwamāand notأَنتُمantumyou (are)بِمُعْجِزِينَbimuʿ'jizīnaone who (can) escape (it)
11:33
وَلَاwalāAnd (will) notيَنفَعُكُمْyanfaʿukumbenefit youنُصْحِىٓnuṣ'ḥīmy adviceإِنْin(even) ifأَرَدتُّaradttuI wishأَنْantoأَنصَحَanṣaḥa[I] adviseلَكُمْlakum[to] youإِنinifكَانَkānait was Allah'sٱللَّهُl-lahuit was Allah'sيُرِيدُyurīduwillأَنantoيُغْوِيَكُمْ ۚyugh'wiyakumlet you go astrayهُوَhuwaHe (is)رَبُّكُمْrabbukumyour Lordوَإِلَيْهِwa-ilayhiand to Himتُرْجَعُونَtur'jaʿūnayou will be returned
11:34
أَمْamOrيَقُولُونَyaqūlūna(do) they sayٱفْتَرَىٰهُ ۖif'tarāhuHe has invented itقُلْqulSayإِنِiniIfٱفْتَرَيْتُهُۥif'taraytuhuI have invented itفَعَلَىَّfaʿalayyathen on meإِجْرَامِىij'rāmī(is) my crimeوَأَنَا۠wa-anābut I amبَرِىٓءٌۭbarīoninnocentمِّمَّاmimmāof whatتُجْرِمُونَtuj'rimūnacrimes you commit
11:35
وَأُوحِىَwaūḥiyaAnd it was revealedإِلَىٰilātoنُوحٍnūḥinNuhأَنَّهُۥannahuThatلَنlanwill neverيُؤْمِنَyu'minabelieveمِنminfromقَوْمِكَqawmikayour peopleإِلَّاillāexceptمَنman(those) whoقَدْqadhave alreadyءَامَنَāmanabelievedفَلَاfalāSo (do) notتَبْتَئِسْtabta-is(be) distressedبِمَاbimāby whatكَانُوا۟kānūthey have beenيَفْعَلُونَyafʿalūnadoing
11:36
وَٱصْنَعِwa-iṣ'naʿiAnd constructٱلْفُلْكَl-ful'kathe shipبِأَعْيُنِنَاbi-aʿyunināunder Our Eyesوَوَحْيِنَاwawaḥyināand Our inspirationوَلَاwalāand (do) notتُخَـٰطِبْنِىtukhāṭib'nīaddress Meفِىfīconcerningٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoظَلَمُوٓا۟ ۚẓalamūwrongedإِنَّهُمinnahumindeed, they (are)مُّغْرَقُونَmugh'raqūnathe ones (to be) drowned
11:37
