وَيَـٰقَوْمِ لَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شِقَاقِىٓ أَن يُصِيبَكُم مِّثْلُ مَآ أَصَابَ قَوْمَ نُوحٍ أَوْ قَوْمَ هُودٍ أَوْ قَوْمَ صَـٰلِحٍۚ وَمَا قَوْمُ لُوطٍ مِّنكُم بِبَعِيدٍ 89
وَٱسْتَغْفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيْهِۚ إِنَّ رَبِّى رَحِيمٌ وَدُودٌ 90
قَالُواْ يَـٰشُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَٮٰكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًاۖ وَلَوْلَا رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَـٰكَۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ 91
قَالَ يَـٰقَوْمِ أَرَهْطِىٓ أَعَزُّ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱتَّخَذْتُمُوهُ وَرَآءَكُمْ ظِهْرِيًّاۖ إِنَّ رَبِّى بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ 92
وَيَـٰقَوْمِ ٱعْمَلُواْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّى عَـٰمِلٌۖ سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَمَنْ هُوَ كَـٰذِبٌۖ وَٱرْتَقِبُوٓاْ إِنِّى مَعَكُمْ رَقِيبٌ 93
وَلَمَّا جَآءَ أَمْرُنَا نَجَّيْنَا شُعَيْبًا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنَّا وَأَخَذَتِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ فَأَصْبَحُواْ فِى دِيَـٰرِهِمْ جَـٰثِمِينَ 94
كَأَن لَّمْ يَغْنَوْاْ فِيهَآۗ أَلَا بُعْدًا لِّمَدْيَنَ كَمَا بَعِدَتْ ثَمُودُ 95
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔـايَـٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ 96
إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَۖ وَمَآ أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ 97
وَيَـٰقَوْمِwayāqawmiAnd O my peopleلَاlā(Let) not cause you to sinيَجْرِمَنَّكُمْyajrimannakum(Let) not cause you to sinشِقَاقِىٓshiqāqīmy dissensionأَنanlestيُصِيبَكُمyuṣībakumbefalls youمِّثْلُmith'lusimilarمَآmā(to) whatأَصَابَaṣābabefellقَوْمَqawma(the) people of Nuhنُوحٍnūḥin(the) people of Nuhأَوْaworقَوْمَqawma(the) people of Hudهُودٍhūdin(the) people of Hudأَوْaworقَوْمَqawmapeople of Salihصَـٰلِحٍۢ ۚṣāliḥinpeople of SalihوَمَاwamāAnd notقَوْمُqawmu(are the) people of Lutلُوطٍۢlūṭin(are the) people of Lutمِّنكُمminkumfrom youبِبَعِيدٍۢbibaʿīdinfar off
11:89
وَٱسْتَغْفِرُوا۟wa-is'taghfirūAnd ask forgivenessرَبَّكُمْrabbakum(of) your Lordثُمَّthummathenتُوبُوٓا۟tūbūturn in repentanceإِلَيْهِ ۚilayhito HimإِنَّinnaIndeedرَبِّىrabbīmy Lordرَحِيمٌۭraḥīmun(is) Most MercifulوَدُودٌۭwadūdunMost Loving
11:90
قَالُوا۟qālūThey saidيَـٰشُعَيْبُyāshuʿaybuO ShuaibمَاmāNotنَفْقَهُnafqahuwe understandكَثِيرًۭاkathīranmuchمِّمَّاmimmāof whatتَقُولُtaqūluyou sayوَإِنَّاwa-innāand indeed, weلَنَرَىٰكَlanarākasurely [we] see youفِينَاfīnāamong usضَعِيفًۭا ۖḍaʿīfanweakوَلَوْلَاwalawlāAnd if notرَهْطُكَrahṭukafor your familyلَرَجَمْنَـٰكَ ۖlarajamnākasurely we would have stoned youوَمَآwamāand you are notأَنتَantaand you are notعَلَيْنَاʿalaynāagainst usبِعَزِيزٍۢbiʿazīzinmighty
11:91
قَالَqālaHe saidيَـٰقَوْمِyāqawmiO my peopleأَرَهْطِىٓarahṭīIs my familyأَعَزُّaʿazzumightierعَلَيْكُمʿalaykumon youمِّنَminathanٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahوَٱتَّخَذْتُمُوهُwa-ittakhadhtumūhuAnd you have taken Himوَرَآءَكُمْwarāakumbehind yourظِهْرِيًّا ۖẓih'riyyanbacksإِنَّinnaIndeedرَبِّىrabbīmy Lordبِمَاbimāof whatتَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūnayou doمُحِيطٌۭmuḥīṭun(is) All-Encompassing
11:92
وَيَـٰقَوْمِwayāqawmiAnd O my peopleٱعْمَلُوا۟iʿ'malūWorkعَلَىٰʿalā(according) toمَكَانَتِكُمْmakānatikumyour positionإِنِّىinnīindeed, I amعَـٰمِلٌۭ ۖʿāmilunworkingسَوْفَsawfaSoonتَعْلَمُونَtaʿlamūnayou will knowمَنman(on) whomيَأْتِيهِyatīhiwill comeعَذَابٌۭʿadhābuna punishmentيُخْزِيهِyukh'zīhi(that will) disgrace himوَمَنْwamanand whoهُوَhuwa[he]كَـٰذِبٌۭ ۖkādhibun(is) a liarوَٱرْتَقِبُوٓا۟wa-ir'taqibūAnd watchإِنِّىinnīindeed, I amمَعَكُمْmaʿakumwith youرَقِيبٌۭraqībuna watcher
11:93
وَلَمَّاwalammāAnd whenجَآءَjāacameأَمْرُنَاamrunāOur CommandنَجَّيْنَاnajjaynāWe savedشُعَيْبًۭاshuʿaybanShuaibوَٱلَّذِينَwa-alladhīnaand those whoءَامَنُوا۟āmanūbelievedمَعَهُۥmaʿahuwith himبِرَحْمَةٍۢbiraḥmatinby a Mercyمِّنَّاminnāfrom Usوَأَخَذَتِwa-akhadhatiAnd seizedٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoظَلَمُوا۟ẓalamūwrongedٱلصَّيْحَةُl-ṣayḥatuthe thunderous blastفَأَصْبَحُوا۟fa-aṣbaḥūthen they becameفِىfīinدِيَـٰرِهِمْdiyārihimtheir homesجَـٰثِمِينَjāthimīnafallen prone
11:94
كَأَنka-anAs ifلَّمْlamnotيَغْنَوْا۟yaghnawthey (had) prosperedفِيهَآ ۗfīhāthereinأَلَاalāSoبُعْدًۭاbuʿ'danawayلِّمَدْيَنَlimadyanawith Madyanكَمَاkamāasبَعِدَتْbaʿidatwas taken awayثَمُودُthamūduthe Thamud
11:95
وَلَقَدْwalaqadAnd certainlyأَرْسَلْنَاarsalnāWe sentمُوسَىٰmūsāMusaبِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātināwith Our Signsوَسُلْطَـٰنٍۢwasul'ṭāninand an authorityمُّبِينٍmubīninclear
11:96
إِلَىٰilāToفِرْعَوْنَfir'ʿawnaFiraunوَمَلَإِي۟هِۦwamala-ihiand his chiefsفَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟fa-ittabaʿūbut they followedأَمْرَamra(the) command of Firaunفِرْعَوْنَ ۖfir'ʿawna(the) command of Firaunوَمَآwamāand notأَمْرُamru(the) command of Firaunفِرْعَوْنَfir'ʿawna(the) command of Firaunبِرَشِيدٍۢbirashīdinwas right
11:97
