قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ مَنْ إِلَـٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِضِيَآءٍۖ أَفَلَا تَسْمَعُونَ 71
قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّهَارَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ مَنْ إِلَـٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِلَيْلٍ تَسْكُنُونَ فِيهِۖ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ 72
وَمِن رَّحْمَتِهِۦ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ لِتَسْكُنُواْ فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُواْ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ 73
وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَآءِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ 74
وَنَزَعْنَا مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا فَقُلْنَا هَاتُواْ بُرْهَـٰنَكُمْ فَعَلِمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱلْحَقَّ لِلَّهِ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ 75
۞ إِنَّ قَـٰرُونَ كَانَ مِن قَوْمِ مُوسَىٰ فَبَغَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْۖ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلْكُنُوزِ مَآ إِنَّ مَفَاتِحَهُۥ لَتَنُوٓأُ بِٱلْعُصْبَةِ أُوْلِى ٱلْقُوَّةِ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُۥ قَوْمُهُۥ لَا تَفْرَحْۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْفَرِحِينَ 76
وَٱبْتَغِ فِيمَآ ءَاتَـٰكَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلدَّارَ ٱلْأَخِرَةَۖ وَلَا تَنسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ ٱلدُّنْيَاۖ وَأَحْسِن كَمَآ أَحْسَنَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيْكَۖ وَلَا تَبْغِ ٱلْفَسَادَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ 77
قُلْqulSayأَرَءَيْتُمْara-aytumHave you seenإِنinifجَعَلَjaʿalaAllah madeٱللَّهُl-lahuAllah madeعَلَيْكُمُʿalaykumufor youٱلَّيْلَal-laylathe nightسَرْمَدًاsarmadancontinuousإِلَىٰilātillيَوْمِyawmi(the) Dayٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِl-qiyāmati(of) the Resurrectionمَنْmanwhoإِلَـٰهٌilāhun(is the) godغَيْرُghayrubesidesٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahيَأْتِيكُمyatīkumwho could bring youبِضِيَآءٍ ۖbiḍiyāinlightأَفَلَاafalāThen will notتَسْمَعُونَtasmaʿūnayou hear
28:71
قُلْqulSayأَرَءَيْتُمْara-aytumHave you seenإِنinifجَعَلَjaʿalaAllah madeٱللَّهُl-lahuAllah madeعَلَيْكُمُʿalaykumufor youٱلنَّهَارَl-nahārathe dayسَرْمَدًاsarmadancontinuousإِلَىٰilātillيَوْمِyawmi(the) Dayٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِl-qiyāmati(of) the Resurrectionمَنْmanwhoإِلَـٰهٌilāhun(is the) godغَيْرُghayrubesidesٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahيَأْتِيكُمyatīkumwho could bring youبِلَيْلٍۢbilaylinnightتَسْكُنُونَtaskunūna(for) you (to) restفِيهِ ۖfīhiin itأَفَلَاafalāThen will notتُبْصِرُونَtub'ṣirūnayou see
28:72
وَمِنwaminAnd fromرَّحْمَتِهِۦraḥmatihiHis MercyجَعَلَjaʿalaHe madeلَكُمُlakumufor youٱلَّيْلَal-laylathe nightوَٱلنَّهَارَwal-nahāraand the dayلِتَسْكُنُوا۟litaskunūthat you may restفِيهِfīhithereinوَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟walitabtaghūand that you may seekمِنminfromفَضْلِهِۦfaḍlihiHis Bountyوَلَعَلَّكُمْwalaʿallakumand so that you mayتَشْكُرُونَtashkurūnabe grateful
28:73
وَيَوْمَwayawmaAnd (the) DayيُنَادِيهِمْyunādīhimHe will call themفَيَقُولُfayaqūluand sayأَيْنَaynaWhereشُرَكَآءِىَshurakāiya(are) My partnersٱلَّذِينَalladhīnawhomكُنتُمْkuntumyou used (to)تَزْعُمُونَtazʿumūnaclaim
28:74
وَنَزَعْنَاwanazaʿnāAnd We will draw forthمِنminfromكُلِّkullieveryأُمَّةٍۢummatinnationشَهِيدًۭاshahīdana witnessفَقُلْنَاfaqul'nāand We will sayهَاتُوا۟hātūBringبُرْهَـٰنَكُمْbur'hānakumyour proofفَعَلِمُوٓا۟faʿalimūThen they will knowأَنَّannathatٱلْحَقَّl-ḥaqathe truthلِلَّهِlillahi(is) for Allahوَضَلَّwaḍallaand (will be) lostعَنْهُمʿanhumfrom themمَّاmāwhatكَانُوا۟kānūthey used (to)يَفْتَرُونَyaftarūnainvent
28:75
۞ إِنَّinnaIndeedقَـٰرُونَqārūnaQarunكَانَkānawasمِنminfromقَوْمِqawmi(the) peopleمُوسَىٰmūsā(of) Musaفَبَغَىٰfabaghābut he oppressedعَلَيْهِمْ ۖʿalayhim[on] themوَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُwaātaynāhuAnd We gave himمِنَminaofٱلْكُنُوزِl-kunūzithe treasuresمَآmāwhichإِنَّinnaindeedمَفَاتِحَهُۥmafātiḥahu(the) keys of itلَتَنُوٓأُlatanūuwould burdenبِٱلْعُصْبَةِbil-ʿuṣ'batia company (of men)أُو۟لِىulīpossessors of great strengthٱلْقُوَّةِl-quwatipossessors of great strengthإِذْidhWhenقَالَqālasaidلَهُۥlahuto himقَوْمُهُۥqawmuhuhis peopleلَاlā(Do) notتَفْرَحْ ۖtafraḥexultإِنَّinnaIndeedٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahلَاlā(does) notيُحِبُّyuḥibbuloveٱلْفَرِحِينَl-fariḥīnathe exultant
28:76
وَٱبْتَغِwa-ib'taghiBut seekفِيمَآfīmāthrough whatءَاتَىٰكَātākaAllah has given youٱللَّهُl-lahuAllah has given youٱلدَّارَl-dārathe homeٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ ۖl-ākhirata(of) the Hereafterوَلَاwalāand (do) notتَنسَtansaforgetنَصِيبَكَnaṣībakayour shareمِنَminaofٱلدُّنْيَا ۖl-dun'yāthe worldوَأَحْسِنwa-aḥsinAnd do goodكَمَآkamāasأَحْسَنَaḥsanaAllah has been goodٱللَّهُl-lahuAllah has been goodإِلَيْكَ ۖilaykato youوَلَاwalāAnd (do) notتَبْغِtabghiseekٱلْفَسَادَl-fasādacorruptionفِىfīinٱلْأَرْضِ ۖl-arḍithe earthإِنَّinnaIndeedٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahلَاlā(does) notيُحِبُّyuḥibbuloveٱلْمُفْسِدِينَl-muf'sidīnathe corrupters
28:77
